Massive rooms, lovely bath & shower (best shower we’ve had after one month in Thailand). Breakfast and food at the restaurant always good. Always able to get a bed around the pool/beach area. It has a great location in Lemai, a quiet area, too! It's more of a hotel than a resort, much smaller than expected. However, it was lovely.

Wow! I what a gem of a hotel. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is one if the best i have had (i have had many in hotels) I ate in the restaurant which was very good. Rooms if you get top floor have great view. Decent 50" lcd and provided you lock onto their 5g wifi you will have great speed. Aircon working fine, beds very comfortable. Location is the best i feel on the beach. Its quiet yet very close to walk to restaurants, bars etc. Honestly i really relaxed here staying 7 nights from dec 31st in seaview room. Wonderful, very much recommended and looking forward to returning soon.

Beautiful property in a perfect location. Nice and clean rooms, great amenities, breakfast included, and right on the beach. Would recommend when staying in Koh Samui.
