We stay in the resort in end August (I think is low season). We had a perfect experience, the beach was almost empty, weather sunny and not too hot (but the sun is really strong). Staff was so kind and peaceful, the place great and the beach just wonderful. White sand and crystal clear water.

The room and the service is incredible, the room is tidy and smells so good and relax! You can walk to the beach by your bare feet! You can even see the ocean in your room! The room service is wonderful, the housekeeper fulfill all my requests! If you are having a vacation, Samui Paradise is one of the choice!

Beautiful Thai style villas directly on the beach. Best part of chaweng beach, felt private Breakfast good selection with good machine coffee available Around 30 mins walk from central chaweng which could be an issue for some, however we didn’t find this an issue as the walk is well lit and lots to see on the way

We spent 10 days in Samui Paradise in early March. In this time, we truly fell in love with the place. Starting with the food and the cocktails. Breakfast was always great, cocktails are actually better than in any bar around and happy hour is twice a day 10-12 and 17-19. We also had lunch once and ordered room service- everything was tasty. The beach and the pool are very clean. We lived our villa with a little comfy porch where we could sit in the evening. The area around the villas is so beautiful and very well taken care of. There are so many plants and somebody is always working in the garden caring for them. My favorite thing about this hotel is the staff: administrators, waiters, barmen and the super cleaning lady who left us flowers and kind notes on the bed everyday- THANK YOU! They were always smiling and they work tirelessly. It is a quite relaxing place perfect for a romantic trip.

Very welcoming and warming hotel and restaurant personal. We have rented villa after staying in the hotels and used to come to this beach occasionally as it’s been local. Their bartender is doing really tasty margaritas, but be careful in happy hour, as they are quite strong comparing to many other resorts or restaurants in Samui, how a cocktail really should be. So over all they deserve 5 stars for hospitality, service and cocktails. Thank you and please do keep up to better standards!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
