10/10 - nothing negative to say. We stayed for 9 nights in an ocean facing bungalow with pool. It was the best experience. Everything was fabulous from the check-in and welcome drinks to the moment we left. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff are wonderful. The breakfast is lovely. Not a huge choice, but it is perfectly substantial and nice and fresh. The bar is a great place to grab a cocktail, and the lunchtime and evening menu are also very good and inexpensive. The hotel is at the quieter end of Chaweng, for which we were grateful as the other end is chaos (in a fun way). There are plenty of bars, restaurants, and beach clubs within walking distance. It's totally possible to walk to the other end of Chaweng beach in around 30 minutes - beware the state of the pavements, though. Alternatively, stand outside the hotel and wait for truck to go past - it will toot and if you wave they will pull over and you jump out wherever you like for B100 pp. It's a fun way to travel. Alternatively, the hotel offers a shuttle service to Samui Central - twice a day each way.

Excellent stay, we booked just a standard double room and the room was large and spacious and we even had a little bit of a sea view. Beds were comfy and AC worked well. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options and swimming pool was a good size and plenty of sunbeds. Staff friendly and helpful. Pillows were too large for us but I’m sure if we had of asked they would have changed them and the drains did smell a bit funky on the odd occasion but nothing to ruin the stay.

The front desk clerk tried to scam at checkout, stating items were missing from the room. Tried to make me sign a form. When I refused and reiterated, I took nothing from the room (was over a body lotion container?). He smirked and put the form away. I was irritated because I was expecting to drop the keys and go to catch my flight. Beyond that, the hotel is not a 4 star. Bathrooms look beautiful, but the hot water takes forever, and there is none in the evening when all the guests are bathing, the water pressure is VERY low which really doesn't help considering the chic oversized tub and large rain shower head. The mattress was ok, but the sheets and pillows were not clean. It smelled as though they had not been changed since the previous guest. The included breakfast wasn't great, an instant coffee machine wasn't working, and the food was not appealing. The actual experience doesn't match the pictures. Look elsewhere.

The photos online are very old. The room was run down and needs a serious upgrade. The shower had mould. The property doesn’t have the amenities advertised. It was all very misleading. We were booked in 3 nights but left after one - even though we’d prepaid for the whole thing. The ONLY positive was that the staff were really lovely. Absolutely not a 4 star hotel. 3 at best. Very pricey for what you get.

Great location. The Ocean View Villas open out to the sea and offer outstanding views. The private pools were very nice. Rooms were spacious. However, the hotel was very picky on minor things. Threatened to charge us 250 bhats for a misplaced plastic key card. They give just 3 tea bags in a room and anything additional will be charged. Similarly for water. Communication was a challenge since the staff at the reception hardly understand English. The breakfast spread was limited and remained the same everyday.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
