Worst staff i have ever scene.. if rating stars have negative option also, then i would give them negative star. Not at all recommended.. Staff don't know how to speak politely with guests. Worst experience. If this hotel would be your last option then also don't give up, try search more.. but don't end up here. Big NO for this service apparent types hotel. It's ridiculous. Staff literally insulted us.

Pool operative, very good for rainy days, towels provided by the pool. Breakfast not included. 200 bath extra. May o may not ask for 500 deposit for the room, I was asked for it, I did not have cash so he said dont worry and did not ask for it again. Room very clean, they clean and clean common areas pretty much all day + keeping floors dry because of the rain. Big umbrella available if needed inside the room. Massive 24h super cheap supermarket by the north entrance, cash only, like I,said massive. Plenty of options for snacks and drinks. Good value for money.

Clean accommodation with nice pool. However quite far from the centre of Chaweng, 25 minutes walk if you don't have transport. Included breakfast is also limited, probably better to just walk out to a nearby restaurant for breakfast. Service is ok but very infrequent with the smiles.

I stayed here for 2 nights after spending 4 nights at an hotel at Lamai Beach and to be honest I wish I stayed here for the duration of my stay in Koh Samui. I paid double the price per night in Lamai that I paid here and Samui VertiColor was a far better hotel. For the price this hotel is perfect. It's budget but it's super clean, the staff are friendly and the beds are so comfortable. The breakfast was okay. I'm mainly vegan/vegetarian so there weren't really any vegan options. Though I ate the brown toast. Other than that I couldn't fault it. The swimming pool was also really nice and not packed at all when I used it. The hotel is quite central and 10 minutes or less will take you onto the strip or 20 minutes if you're planning to go right into the heart of Chaweng Beach strip of bars and clubs. You can also enter the beach quite close to this hotel. If you don't want to spend lots on resorts and want a decent budget room I'd book here. I was satisfied with my room and would book again if in Koh Samui.

Mold in the rooms, paint is falling off the walls, yellow stained sheets and pillows, disgusting. And all this for 1300 Bhat per night. Also I can hear my neighbours talking. But one positive thing, the bed itself is quite nice, if only they would use cleaned sheets… And Chaweng Beach is not far away :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
