Came here for a work conference. Would probably not stay here again. Nothing special that stands out. The staff was nice enough, but honestly underwhelmed with the property. The food was expensive and the quality mediocre, at best. The salad had nice, fresh lettuce, albeit they gave me the wrong salad. Ask for extra dressing cause there wasn’t enough, in my opinion. The room was comfortable. Noisy from the highway, and the bed ok. Again, it was just an underwhelming stay.

I recently stayed at the courtyard for an extended work trip to San Diego. 12 nights in total and I had a room with a kitchenette in it. Staff and service was fantastic for my entire stay and my room was very nice to live in for almost two weeks! If you are staying for an extended period I can't recommend enough the rooms with the kitchens in them. Also this hotel has one of the BEST gyms I have ever used for a hotel. Lots more equipment than I was expecting nice quality stuff too. The restaurant and bar in the hotel is great for a quick bite or drink if you don't feel like leaving the hotel or cooking that night. My coworker that used the breakfast service was very pleased with his options and how the food tasted. Overall, I would stay at the courtyard again if I was ever in the area. Highly recommended!

Easily accessible from the freeway and close proximity to multiple restaurants, some are within walking distance. Rooms are clean and spacious but nothing spectacular and could use some upgrades. Only issue I had was the ice bucket in my room; had a nasty stain and bent lid

This place is fantastic, I had to stay for 6months. Wanted to shoutout Mary Lou from house keeping. Also, Justin from night audit, poor guy…I came in hot and intoxicated one night smh. He handled it with the utmost professionalism and made sure I got to my room safely. Thank you Torri, April, Taylor, Hilary, and bartenders Kim and Mateo…which had nothing to with the night with Justin lol. I was served at a bar downtown that night. 10 out 10 I do recommend for this courtyard

It was conveniently located right off the highway among a strip of hotels. The hotel looks nice, clean, and pleasing. I was only there for a night and didn't want to leave. Staff was very accommodating. The downside was the food credit. The front desk tells the guest they have a food credit. I went to thw bar and grill and wanted to use it and the cashier asked me if I had a $13 or $18 food credit. I told him the front desk didn't tell me how much so he charged me for food and I didn't want to argue. I went back to the desk and they told me I had an $18 food credit. I was already annoyed as it is and ended using the food credit so it wouldn't go to waste. I wish there was a connect between lobby front desk staff and bat and grill staff to have better oversight on which guests have what credit.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
