Extraordinary place to stay. Rooms and the whole place is extremely clean. The service and attention to detail is amazing. Luana the owner is always available making sure your stay and experience is of a 5 star place as it is. Serena was outstanding, always available for directions and information in general. Unfortunately the place was booked for a one more night stay, but for sure will come back. Nearby parking for 30.00 or 35 euros a day if you are driving. Have water, juice, sodas, yogurt, wine, coffee all the time. Fresh croissants in the morning with cappuccino and expresso in the mornings. I strongly recommend this place.

Service: The staff was very welcoming and was flexible given the issues and delays we ran into coming to Florence from Rome. Everyday, they would propose to us coffees and cappuccinos, would answer all of our questions and resolve any issues we had. There was always bottles of water, beers, juice and yogurts in the fridge, snacks and croissant in the morning, Nespresso coffee machine and a selection of great teas available. I couldn’t ask more in terms of service! Facilities: The room was spacious, very clean and and modern with a strong adjustable AC. Huge bathroom with a large ceramic shower and glass door (never seen this large of a shower in a hotel). I’m usually very picky when it comes to bathrooms, but this one was perfect! Location: In the heart of Florence, we always reached any locations in less than 10-15 min. Michelangelo’s David is literally 2 minutes away. It was great as we could change clothes when we felt like we needed to and it avoided us walking around too much late at night. Also, if you go out to drink late at night, there is a McDonald’s on the corner (don’t eat McDonald’s in Italy…). Honestly, great hotel with great staff. We were hesitant given the low amount of ratings, but took a chance it was an amazing decision! Thanks for everything!

We had a wonderful five night stay at this beautiful property. We had originally booked our stay and paid a nonrefundable fee in 2020. Management was very gracious as we worked around the pandemic. The staff were all terrific and we were especially pleased with Dexter. The location is very central to all Florence has to offer.

This Inn / Hotel is everything you could wish for. First rate welcome, room facilities, cleanliness, staff, as I said everything. It is located less than 2 mins from the Academia and about 7 mins from the Duomo. The hotel is very modern located in an older building so the lift is a tad small. 5 stars all the way.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
