Very friendly, helpful, courteous staff without exception throughout the hotel. Rooms are fairly basic but comfortable. Pool, with its views across the lake, was excellent and always clean. 20 minute brisk walk into Bardolino, but plenty of restaurants in Cisano and the hotel is right opposite the lake front.

Lovely little hotel in Cisano close to Bardolino and Lazise, spotless, friendly helpful staff most especially Antionella, she really went out of her way to be helpful. Great pool and views directly across from lake. Lovely breakfast and nice little bar. Free bike rental a big bonus. We stayed in 2 roomed family room which was fairly basic and had no balcony but it met our needs. Fridge in room was great but just about kept drinks cool but not cold and hairdryer a little dated. A kettle in room would have been handy but these were minor details and would def stay again although I hurt my foot so found the 20 minutes or so walk to Bardolino difficult in the evenings and there isn't taxis readily available but they were quite expensive anyway. There is a bus stop very close to the hotel and you can reach many places by bus but you can't pay cash on the buses. You have to download the app on get tickets in advance

We visit this hotel for short holiday trip and we had great time here. The hotel have nice rooms with balcony, nice garden and swimming pool. Breakfast was delicious, you have many options to choose. Hotel staff was friendly. I'll hope we come back soon for longer stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
