My wife and I stayed for two nights as part of our honeymoon in October and couldn't have been more pleased with the property. Having been to Florence several times, it was nice to stay in Oltrarno away from the tourist crowds and "live like a local" for a brief time. We stayed in the Affreschi double room with a terrace and it was very nice and clean. One of the highlights was enjoying a glass of wine on the terrace one evening and listening through the open windows to an Italian family in a neighboring apartment having dinner. We didn't understand a word but it was a very pleasant and memorable experience. Martina was a wonderful and helpful host and we wish we had stayed another day or two. We would definitely recommend staying there and hope to do so again on our next trip to Florence.

An absolutely wonderful inn. Martina and her cousins, Giacobo and Niccola, were so incredibly friendly and helpful. We didn't meet her brother but am sure he too is as gracious and welcoming as they were. Breakfast was a treat with several different options prepared fresh by their mother/aunt and was superbly delicious. Our room was a delight with a super comfortable bed; two large reading chairs where we could relax after a long day of walking; a large clean shower with plenty of hot water. And to top it all off - the room had a beautiful, museum quality fresco. Unbelievable. A wonderful place, with wonderful people in a very nice sector of Florence.

Spacious room, amazing home made breakfast, and great communication before we arrived. Martina and her brother were professional hosts, who would do anything to make your stay a pleasant one. Very happy with this as a base in Florence for a few days, and would stay again next time without a doubt. Cheers!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
