I stayed in a junior suite here, which was well worth the additional cost over a standard room in my view. It's located couple of minutes walk from an underground stop, so fairly easy to travel into the city. The staff here are fairly friendly, although apart from check in and check out, I didn't interact with anyone else. A lot more information could have been offered at check in (e.g. breakfast details - we hadn't booked this with the room, but it would have been nice to know how much it was if we wanted to add). The rooms are mostly clean, there was some dusty lamps that hadn't been cleaned for some time, daily clean was fairly good. The hotel has a steam room, sauna and pool on the top floor. The pool was too cold for my liking and quite small - with 3 other people in it, it felt crowded. The sauna was nice, but the steam room had a very bad smell, so bad I had to immediately exit. I didn't make use of these facilities after the first visit. It's a good value hotel, but I'm not sure I'd return as I'd spend a little more and get somewhere a more central next time.

Booked the hotel based upon great reviews at Hotels. Just checked in and I think the hotel is overrated. Seems like design gone bad, especially on the bathroom: Full window between bathroom and room => no privacy. Furthermore the door to the bathroom can't be funny closed at all and there is a hole in the floor in the shower. Not exactly a luxury hotel. The room feels more like 3 stars.

Quality service: I requested a bouquet of flowers for the missus. They delivered and some as can be seen in the photos. Great location: walking distance to shops and a vibrant Christmas market. Spacious rooms: connecting rooms for family of four.

A really lovely hotel and dealt well with the demand during Berlin Marathon! Gorgeous hotel rooms with lovely reception staff. Big bonus was the pool (although small) and sauna, in addition to 24 hour gym. Hotel did a buffet the night before the marathon for EUR 15 pp, although breakfast was quite pricey (but not an essential given location). Really safe area and would return if back in Berlin.

My boyfriend and I had a relaxing 7 night stay. The sauna, steam room and pool were great to unwind after a long day exploring the city. The staff were very accommodating and made every effort to make us feel comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection, Lisa from the bar staff was outstanding and the semi-outdoor patio was a nice treat. All facilities were well maintained and clean. Conveniently close to the U Bahn and an easy walk to the Charlottenburg centre with shops and cafes.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
