Very nice hotel, very pleasant staff, Beds are comfortable not like many other hotels that feels like mats on the floor.. This hotel is nice and quiet because it doesn't have another hotel being constructed close by 👍😎 Also has UK, quality European electric plug wall sockets next to the beds and around the room (all working) Swimming pool located on the roof is somewhere nice to relax, clean and has shade during the day, there areloungers next to the pool We decided to stay in this hotel every day while in Da nang due to the reasons above

My 2nd time in the hotel and felt like home. Facilities are not new but the room is always so clean, especially the bed and toilet are spotless (because stain and moisture are often my biggest fear whenever staying in a hotel). The staffs were always polite and welcoming. Reasonable price for a good stay. Breakfast is the only thing I’d skip. The management should improve the breakfast quality and overall hygiene for the dining room.

Terrible hotel and service. Breakfast had very little choice, service was extremely bad with staff rolling eyes when asking for more coffee in jug. Very little toilet paper in rooms, when asked for more took 45 mins and two phone calls to get. Other beautiful hotels around very noisy rooms go elsewhere

Just stayed here last night and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. They offered to move my luggage to the bus for my tour and the receptionist assisted me with calling the tour guide to make sure we got on the right bus. Breakfast included was the usual vietnamese buffet which was okay. Don't expect to workout here because they only have 2 machines. However, the rooftop pool has an amazing view! The room was clean and loved the bathroom set up! Highly recommended for those looking for cheap but higher end hotels.
