This hotel was recommended by a colleague and it was great. Our room was small but we enjoyed the little balcony facing the street. We filled up each morning on the huge buffet breakfast. I am vegan and was given a special spinach pastry that didn't have eggs or dairy (discussed with them in advance). Everything was delicious. We were also provided a complimentary drink each evening such as wine or beer in addition to a bottle of wine the first night. Sometimes we sat in the large chairs facing the street to people watch -- it was very pleasant. The staff aimed to please and were very helpful when we needed to order several early morning cabs for some day trips and to go to the airport. On the other days, we took the tram to the historical area to see the sites. We loved the neighborhood with all the shops and restaurants and would stay here again.

If you are looking for a luxury room with room service and plan to stay in your room, probably not the hotel for you! But if you want a clean, comfortable, great value for money room in the best location ever, this is probably the hotel for you. There is nothing fancy about it. Yes, it's a bit dark, and rooms are small, but you are within walking distance to almost everything Istanbul has to offer. Staff were friendly, breakfast wasn't spectacular but had variety & fresh & rooms were cleaned everyday. Highly recommended, as it's great value for the money.

We booked a Penthouse suite but recieved a normal room. After complaining the manager told us that our room was in fact the suite because we had a roof over our balcony. Online it said that the room should have a Whirlpool, which it did not have. In conclusion: this hotel lies in their advertisments and treats guests poorly. Stay away from this hotel.

Air conditioner works very very loudly. When someone in the other rooms takes a shower, you hear the sound of water as it’s in your room. Someone with a card break into our room 2 hours before the checkout. Staff must not do that. Long story short, DON’T GO THIS HOTEL. THERE ARE BETTER AND CHEAPER PLACES.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
