Yes I know this hotel received positive reviews in general but I was mostly disappointed that, despite my request for a high floor room with a view, I was assigned a room on the lowest floor with window facing out to the block next door meaning literally there is nothing to see from the window! I was totally disappointed, no warning of a window view was mentioned in the booking or by the hotel. One star for the basic amenity, another star for they allowing me to store the luggage before check in. Actually most of the rooms on this hotel have no view because it was stuck tightly between two building so if you need a view like I do, just avoid this hotel/

Very nice super comfy and full equipped hotel in the middle of one of the financial districts of Tokyo (Minato – Hamamatsucho), with a lot of stores and restaurants, very well connected to Yamanato train line and the Haneda’s airport, so I really recommended for both business trips but also for tourists due to its comfort and connectivity. Besides, the room service was also amazing and very personalized. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Dec-23: still amazing and still really clean, I'm glad to report that the food is still excellent as well and the service is top notch Apr-23: Hotel is extremely clean and located close to public transport (the rapid monorail to Haneda is awesome). Really rated the breakfast, everything was a hit, I really enjoyed the curry and breakfast sausages. The washing machine and dryer were very effective for our clothes and well priced (see the pictures). We stayed in a deluxe room, and the bed was very big and it had a separate toilet and shower area. Seems like an area for domestic travellers, no english menus anywhere we went (just the way we like it).

Solid hotel, convenient location by Hamamatsucho station which has a monorail stop to Haneda Airport. Very clean, check in lady super nice and put up with my broken Japanese. Great breakfast. Definitely would stay here again if need to be near Haneda.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
