Considering its price, highly recommended!!!!! The location is super great compared to the hotels in neighborhood. It is a minute walk from Kyoto station and the bus from Osaka Airport stops just a minute walk away. The service is great. Very kind and professional. The room is big enough with sufficient amenities. The Public bath is clean and cozy.

This hotel is very good. I do recommend for everyone want to stay in Kyoto. What you need is already installed and placed in the room. The staffs are very helpful. Most important thing is the location is opposite of the station so convenient. Next time if I come to Kyoto, I will stay here again.

“Too small bed for us” Front desk staffs are nice, but breakfast staffs didn’t allow us to take video for the dishes, at the first beginning we accepted and stopped shutting. However, we stayed there for 4 nights, everyday with same dishes which we don’t understand why they rejected the video shutting. There’s nothing special (or business secrets)at breakfast,we just wanted to memorize it. Besides, on Oct 17 9:20 around, the service laddies talked and laughed loudly at kitchen area, which was a bit annoying . Hotel Location is good. But the bed is really small for 2*170-175cm person. Because of it, I need to stay still when sleep, it’s quite tired after 4 nights. Hot spring is ok, though it’s only one small pool inside of hotel(not outside pool). If you do care services, bed sizes and spring quality, you should think about it when ordering sanco inn.

I love this hotel as it is very new and good service! It is located next to DONKI and there is a nice Thai massage in the DONKI shopping mall. 1. Have a board of cards for user to select the tool / services they need! Smart and really a big variety of material can be provided! Surprising have the HDMI and hair styler, also have the cooling pillow for you! 2. Have a large range of pillow next to the entrance and free to take! Smart and good service! 3. The breakfast is normal, have Japanese style and worth to early wake up for 1 hour to enjoy the breakfast! 4. Onsen is good! small but nice to use!

Really lovely hotel. Right next to the station so you can explore Kyoto with little time loss of having to get up too early for travel. I’m on holiday after all. I recommend the hotel as the staff are very nice and helpful. You have a (paid) washing machine so that’s a bonus and other extras i wish all hotels had. 10/10 hotel

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
