I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sanctum and it was an exceptional experience. The team were amazing, and they were very accommodating to our large group. They even stored our bags before we could check in and made sure we had our keys as soon as our rooms were available. The room we stayed in was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was huge. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

This hotel has great staff very helpful. The apartments are great for family with children as they have kitchen and air condition. All the necessity requirement are close by , supermarkets fruits restaurants, bakeries etc. location is 5 min from tube station. Their housekeeping is twice a week. So expect that which is ok. You can take the bus right in front of hotel directly to Oxford street. Cost 1pound and about 20-30 minutes. This time we stayed, the apartment was very noisy. We heard doors slamming until 1am and floor noise from the above.. very strange this time around, we stayed 3 times before and only this time we heard load noises. The hotel was full and could not change the apartment. Still highly recommended.

We stayed a little over 3 months at this amazing place and are little sad to move out now to our own rental place. The location is amazing and the apartment is very well maintained with everything new. However the best part of this apartment is the amazing service. The people who work here are amazing and they really treated us very well. I am thankful to all of them for making our stay outstanding. THANK YOU...

All in all it is good. Not more than 4 stars. We weren’t allowed to use the swimming pool because we stayed for 6 nights they argued that we can only use it if we stay for at least 7 nights. I agreed to pay for using it but the didn’t allow my son (10 years) to swim while I am watching him they required me to swim with him. In other hotels that was allowed. Room cleaning are only twice a week. Rooms, bathroom and kitchen were good

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
