We had a wonderful week here! We stayed in the Sunrise Tropical section in a little villa. It was spacious and clean. There was a rack outside for hanging clothes and chairs to sit on the porch. The only downside was that it got buggy, but that's to be expected. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. The staff was thorough and helpful. The pools are clean and well kept. We truly had a wonderful visit.

I would not stay in this hotel again and I would not recommend it to anyone. The cockroaches were the least of our problems. Our main issue was the air conditioning which did not work. We called someone out to the room 4 times but each time we were told it was either working or fixed. We resorted to cold showers through the night to keep cool. There are clearly issues with the air conditioning unit in this room as black mould is building around the vent. The hotel have tried to cover up the issue with a fresh lick of paint. The shower pressure was so weak it was difficult to get clean so we showered crouching in the bath. The connecting door between us and our neighbours allowed sound to travel and we could hear their conversations. Keep your nose peeled for the islands waste collection point; just the other side of the hedge from our room.

Stunning resort, clean, tidy, well above average. The staff are incredibly helpful, including a buggy ride around the resort anytime you want. Pools stunning. Amazing breakfast, dining on the beach front. Rialay is an exceptional place, outstanding lime stone cliffs, fantastic beaches, wonderful snorkelling, rock climbing, or relaxing on the beach. It is an absolute must-see, and this hotel only adds to the experience. Can not recommend highly enough.

Fantastic location, cannot be beat! Resort does not sell alcohol at all, which is a bit of a pain but you can go a few meters away to a bar, but be aware. Rooms were large and in good repair but lighting is awful, nearly impossible to see if you're trying to do your makeup. Beds are horrible as are the pillows. Breakfast was fabulous, with lots of options and tables are right on the beach. Room service menu is a bit lacking. Lots of monkeys, don't leave things outside that they might steal! Staff were all friendly, pool was fantastic!

Shame we only stayed here one night. The hotel is lovely with clean, modern and well maintained room. There were some signs of use but it’s a 3 star resort so it’s expected. The breakfast was good and the location of the hotel ideal. Would recommend staying here

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
