Enjoyed this hotel. A nice location with helpful staff. The only problem I had was with their AC. They are so integrated - if someone on the floor turns on heater, your AC won't bless you with cold air. Could be a problem when you are in between seasons like autumn & and spring. One side may get a lot of sun and warm up while the other side of the hotel remains cooler. Despite that, I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

A great hotel in a perfect location. The interior design is elegant with cool industrial elements, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the view across the Mtkvari river to Narikala Fortress is unbeatable. The large bathtub next to the window is a wonderful touch.

Attractive hotel in the euro-boutique style, in an excellent location with great views. What lets it down slightly are things like a full size bath in a small room, and shared balconies that have no privacy. The breakfast was limited and served late on every morning, leaving us locked out or standing around while the unfriendly staff brought out the food bit by bit. A shame as its a good hotel otherwise

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
