I'm literally shocked after my 2-day stay here... In a bad way, that is... The rooms (beds) and pool were okay. The location is good as well. There's a beach nearby. The rest is pretty mediocre or worse. Starting with food, I eat literally better for each meal at home. These guys had like 2 to 3 options and served it in so careless manner. Ill-cooked, lacking any taste, but okay I'll bear it... the worst experience is for each meal that had chicken, it was just bones! There was absolutely no meat to eat - just some bones and necks and little pieces put in a broth. Some rooms had no hot water and you can't literally bathe in any shower. The water is so smelly and yellow in color, it's disgusting. You can't lower the Air Conditioner temperature - the remote is broken. The railway line is just 10 meters away and the frequent trains make it a headache. Been traveling for some time and I'll surely bet my money you'd find no worse lodging place than this.

Absolutely loved it here! Beautiful hotel, excellent service with very accommodating team, very tasty food and a great value for the money. Beach is across the street and even though it's not a private beach, it is clean and well maintained. We had a beautiful stay here and I highly recommend it!

I came to sandali valawwa for 3 days for vacation. This is really the best holiday I have ever had. A free environment, very comfortable and safe. There is a very good pool. Even the rooms are very comfortable. There is a safe locker fridge and a tea machine. The food is not suitable for Sri Lankan people. But after telling my needs, they prepared a separate Sri Lankan meal for me. It was one of the tastiest meals I have ever eaten. The owner Mr. Alex is very friendly. I will come again soon. Someone who wants to come without fear. There will be no shortage, I can guarantee that

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
