Beds were comfortable but the room needs updating. The doors to access the hotel did not lock so non-guests can enter when ever they want. The kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Where to start...groups of hockey kids everywhere running up and down the halls past 1030pm (encouraged by the parents who were also lining the halls). Walked into the room with 2 Queen beds..1 of which had a mattress sunken to Hell. A little fridge and microwave which were clean. The shower was very slow draining... Room was clean overall, but the hotel was not 3-stars, outdated and without an elevator. I paid using Hotwire (discounted rate) and it was still over-priced. Will never, ever return.

Room was great, came with small fridge, microwave, and TV. Bed was very comfy! Location is great for those wanting to stay near Toronto, but not downtown. However, we were very disappointed when we came back after a long day to find housekeeping had not cleaned our room. We were not happy to have to go down to the front desk at 10:30 PM to get fresh towels for the morning. Hotel is great value, but I don't think we'll be staying here again.

The rooms are very outdated and smell like cigarettes. And there is not a continental breakfast like most hotels have. But one plus is they have a great fitness room, a dry sauna, pool and hottub. Update your facility and you will have happier customers.

I went for the Christmas buffet and although the food was tasty it was barely hot. Lots of choice. They really skimped on the deserts. For the price you would expect more than cookies and small cupcakes. I would rate the food 3/5.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
