        The only thing good about this hotel, is its location. That's it. Also, you will have to pay $20 a day for parking which is not crazy, but that's only if you can find one. When we were there , there was no spots available and staff couldn't care less. When we spoke to the manager, he gas lit us and clearly didn't care at all. When we finally found a spot and got to our room after waiting for 40 mins to get checked in, our key didn't work. The pool was nice, but there were no towels. There was a huge protest outside with police involved so it was hard to get into the parking. Elevators were insanely slow and aging. The location was awesome. Right downtown and a 10 min walk to both stadiums. Don't ever stay here. There are so many better options for much less.

        Have a group hotel booking with them, one of the 3 nights we needed was fully booked. Called to see if we could get a different room under the group reservation and it was like I was talking to a robot. No customer service, at all. Nothing they can do even tho I was wondering about getting a room with a sofa bed instead of a regular bed (downgrading) and they said I can do that outside of the group booking paying more than double what I would pay with the group rate... pretty ridiculous.

        We were checked in quickly and efficiently by your front desk worker and upon seeing our room we were very pleased with the state of the room, clean and tidy with a nice fresh scent. All of your staff were friendly efficient and very helpful, they answered all of our questions about locations of places we wanted to see in Vancouver politely and patiently while their answers to our questions were accurate and extremely helpful. Even one of your maintenance personnel saw that we were having trouble finding our destination and not only offered a suggestion but pointed out on the street which route we should take. Having two fine restaurants on site was great and both offered quality menu items at affordable prices. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Vancouver and we will definitely see you next time we travel there.

        The room was fairly clean. The furnace was not working properly. It would not stay on as to how I wanted it. The soap/shampoo and conditioner was kind of on the cheaper side. The bed was fairly comfortable and the pillows were fine. One staff member told us we could not check in early. We came back down and spoke with Diva. She attended to our needs and ensured that we were able to check in early, provided us with where we wanted to stay on the property and gave us absolutely no hassle. She was amazing and we will for sure be back! Amazing customer service. This girl deserves a raise!!!

        Lovely service at check in from Sid and Derar. But unfortunately our room was not very clean with hair on the floor and a dirty towel on the back of the door. Our heat also did not work. I would also request a renovated room next time as they are much nicer and cleaner.
