Parking facility is less. Rooms cleanliness is poor. Room TV was not working. Even their check-out time mentioned as 12pm, they took 11am as check-out time and charge additional fee(Rs.1,000 per hour) at the check-out.

Stayed at Sandriyana overnight on the 29th July 2023 with my family. A great location with a beautiful view of the Kandy city, but not made much advantage of the location. The deluxe property is not managed properly, Rooms and the entire building was not clean and the washrooms were awful. Not cleaned for like ages.... Bed linens were not cleaned and we felt it’s being used for the second occasion after a good ironing job..!!! That bad.... All that was tolerable but not the moody receptionist.. OMG she thought and acted as if we had come to trouble her... I had to nearly tell her off and put her in the right place... trust me that bad and I assume that she must have had a bad day with her personal stuff... Breakfast was somewhat okay and the restaurant staff who served us genuinely wanted to help. But he was helpless as they ran out of bread 🍞 and some old bread after a good microwave time was served on the table. Mind you I had two kids and had to walk out empty stomach. Overall a very very poor and bad experience. Not recommended to any locals or foreigners....

I recently stayed at Sandriana Lake View Hotel for a day and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel's location atop Kandy View Point offered breathtaking views. The rooms were incredibly modern and equipped with everything one could need. The highlight was undoubtedly the open rooftop restaurant, boasting a stunning view of the Kandy Temple of Tooth Relic by the lake. Additionally, there was a pizza restaurant on the rooftop that served delicious wood-fired pizzas at remarkably reasonable prices. I was fortunate to take advantage of their current promotion, which allowed me to enjoy a large pizza for just 1990 LKR. Overall, an unforgettable experience.

We couple stayed in this hotel , we had bad experience, bathroom was dirty and smelly . Internet - was extremely poor . Very limited food spread at buffet breakfast , I had a shock to see their displayed coffee cups on buffet table ...not cleaned , all had dark coffee stains . Looks like not been washed with sponge . I left this hotel after one night staying with horrible experiences.

The location is nice. The staff is trying their best to give a better service but they seems like they just don't understand how to do it. I suggest the owners to invest some more money on the staff and rooms. Make them more standard and professional. Good breakfast. The tv had stopped service in the morning. Thanks 🙏 ❤

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
