        Nice, clean hotel. Room service are prompt and respectful though not many staff speak English fluently, they are quick. Although we stayed in the floor that the management is in the midst of renovation, the noise level was acceptable with minimal drilling or knocking. The bellman & security are a standout in hospitality service as they promptly greet and open any car doors when they see us. Overall satisfied with our stay and it's great value for travelers to stay.

        The staff at this hotel are kind, attentive, and helpful. High communication on many things such as a letter on the hotel bed apologizing for remodeling noise. Informing us of complimentary high tea in the afternoon. The concierge kept smiling and was proactively assisting with luggage and offered any assistance to find anything. The one night that we stayed was quite comfortable and spacious. Breakfast in the morning had an F&B manager talking to guests and when I asked for the chef to come out, he came out within 5 min to ask if anything was wrong. I actually asked him to come out to compliment him on his attention to detail, plating, food textures and taste. This was a well thought out continental breakfast with tasty salads, yogurt with muesli, hot dishes, and noodles. When we left, the receptionists proactively yelled a "farewell thank you for staying" as we walked out the door. Only downside I would have to say is that there isn't too much to do or eat around the area. It is however, quite close to the airport. A heads up that the entrance to the hotel has 15 steps. So its not that convenient for elderly and not wheelchair accessible. Unless there is another entrance I am not aware of that is more wheelchair accessible.

        A very nice, professional and clean hotel. They offered free afternoon tea everyday, nice little touch. Room is spacious with floor length window looking out to the city. Room looks better in real life than it does online. Staff is very professional. Would definitely come back

        Decent hotel, well designed and maintained. The rooms are clean and feel new. I was told they remodel every several years to keep the hotel in quality shape. I stayed in the double deluxe room; it was nice, spacious and had a nice view of the city. My only complaint is that the shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere. The entire bathroom floor was wet after my shower. The staff aren’t that friendly. They’re not rude but I would not exactly call them welcoming or helpful. I get the “I’m just here to do my job” vibe. However, one staff member stood out from the rest and that’s Nam! Nam works as the Greeter/Bellman. He’s extremely kind and has the most beautiful and bright smile. He’s the perfect person to greet guests as they arrive. Lastly, the breakfast was good. They have a good selection.

        Amazing and friendly staff and, of-course, the room we had was lovely and spacious (executive). The location of the hotel was great and the staff were all, each in their own respective discipline amazing (reception, housekeeping, food staff and the luggage handlers). We had a lovely stay and I would certainly stay again!
