Excellent hotel. Very high ceilings. Breakfast in the room very nice but I highly recommend to get one of the superior rooms that has a table and a balcony (especially for the only option of having breakfast in the room). Also hotel doesn’t have elevators. Be prepared to burn those calories you will put on in the city :) at 5PM they have a delicious cake with tea which is a nice touch.

This hotel is in the best location of Porto, you can walk to the best parts of the city from your hotel room. It is very clean with excellent staff. The breakfast is served to your room with free complementary tea and cookies at 5pm daily with free wine at the front desk too. Thanks to all the staff for your magnificient place and service.

Fantastic stay here- service was the best I’ve had for this price range, it felt like a much more expensive stay than what I paid. Free breakfast was great, it’s á la cart ordering when you check in which is nice vs a buffet… they had a great gluten free bread option too! Definitely get the roof with a view or terrace. So nice to have it open at night and eat outside in the morning! There are quite a few stairs, so if that’s an issue for you mobility wise, ask for a ground floor room and they offered to carry my luggage up. It was inside my room when I arrived back to check in! Great room, comfortable bed and small details to show they really think of guests. Will definitely be coming back next time I’m I be Porto!

I had an excellent experience at this charming hotel. The space is clean, comfortable and welcoming. Comfortable beds and hot shower, clean and updated facilities, adjustable AC in room, small balcony overlooking a busy shopping street. I did not experience any street noise, slept very well. Ideal location close to metro, shops, various attractions and restaurants. Friendly staff who were genuinely kind and caring and helped me get a cab to the airport in a hurry. No elevator but the staff kindly carried my heavy bag so this was no issue. Breakfast is included and brought to your room each morning, at the time you choose from 8-10:30, from a selection of items like delicious fruit salad, croissant, yogurt, granola, eggs, cheese, coffee, etc. Common space on each floor offering coffee all day (Nespresso) and cake at 5pm daily. I even loved the interior design and decor of the rooms and common areas. I was debating between this and a more budget option but so glad I stayed here, totally worth it and still very affordable. Truly top notch, I highly recommend and hope to come back someday. Thank you!

Room is very small by US standards , only 10x8 bedroom with bathroom ; Internet was not reliable at all, this is not a 4 stAr hotel , it is B&B : there Cy’s ni elevator, you have to climb 2 stories of stairs, Bedroom does not have soundproof windows, and there are no darkening curtains, it is hard to sleep at night due to street light or during the day . breakfast is ok, it is delivered to your room: this place has front desk clerk for 24 hours, they can speak English.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
