We spent several days at the Santa Luxury in Da Nang. Nice hotel at a great price two blocks from the beach and boardwalk. The waiting staff ( Jamie Dasy) and counter staff (Hang, Lai) all were really friendly and provided great service! The included breakfast was amazing, huge variety, fresh and tasty; and the chef will make you a your preferred egg dishes.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my family on our recent trip to Danang but it wasn’t a great experience. 1) We had 3 rooms that were booked in advance and they were suppose to be sea facing but at check in they told us the rooms are city view. I refused and insisted to have what I paid for and after a rather long wait we got the rooms with sea view. 2) The breakfast was such a disappointment. Only 3 options(spaghetti , curry or fries) for vegetarians besides the usual bread and fruits. Avoid this hotel at all cost if you’re a vegan/vegetarian. Thankfully there was an Indian restaurant next door and we had our breakfast there for 2/3 days. 3) The pool, skybar and gym was closed for the 3 days that we stayed (reason given was maintenance) 4) On the 2nd night the AC malfunctioned and started leaking, called the reception to send someone to check it took 2 calls for them to attend to the issue and finally decided to change our room. At midnight we had to pack our stuff and switch rooms. 5) The only great thing about this hotel was the location. Its less than 5min walk to the beach and there are many convenience store and eateries around.

A Nice Hotel, Very Conveniently Located near the Da Nang Beach with Large Rooms, Good Service and Good Food too. Even though the Rooms are Large, they have 1 King Size Bed and 1 Single Bed in every Room, which is Totally Unnecessary and a Waste of Space. They do not have any Rooms with only a King Size Bed. Due to this, there is no real Sitting Area and just 1 Lounger with a Small Table. The Bathroom is Large with a Bath Tub and a Separate Shower Area as well. They however only have Shower Gel and Liquid Soap and do not have any Soap Cakes, which we had to buy from the Convenience Store opposite the Hotel. They have a Small, L Shaped Pool on the Rooftop and a Gym which has only 1 Small Treadmill. The Restaurant is Large and the Breakfast is Very Good with a Decent Selection and well made too. The Service is Good and in particular, their F&B Manager Ms. Truong Thi Nhu Lai is Very Good and provides Excellent Service to all Guests, both at the Restaurant and at the Poolside too. She also speaks Good English, which is such an advantage. A Good Hotel to stay at and Very Comfortable too.

To say that my experience was unsatisfactory would be an understatement. First and foremost, upon entering my room, I was met with a strong, nauseating smell of smoke. This is completely unacceptable, especially in a supposedly upscale establishment. Secondly, the absence of a curtain in the washroom is utterly baffling. The lack of this basic amenity led to the entire washroom getting drenched every time I took a shower. Not only is this inconvenient, but it's also unhygienic and unsafe. I should not have to deal with such issues in a hotel that claims to be of 4-star quality. This experience has tarnished my perception of your hotel and left me furious at the complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I am still staying in this hotel and demand an immediate resolution to these problems. If necessary, I expect a refund or a substantial discount on my stay to compensate for the inconvenience and frustration I have endured.
