        I booked this apartment through the Apartment Florence website. By looking at the Apartment Florence website you would think this was a first rate company with superb service, but they are the contrary. First off, this apartment is shown on their website and other sites as a very nice place when in fact it is really run down. When we arrived, it was also very filthy with hair and dirt everywhere. It has not been kept up with broken kitchen cabinet to water damaged walls to ripped curtains to insect eggs on the ceiling. The furniture is also really old and smells. The plugs do not work in some of the areas and the kitchen has only one outlet. The only item about this place worth noting is its location, but other than that, this is a horrible place to stay. The management company also is very bad. I have had all of these issues with this place from lack of internet to the filthiness of this place to construction being done every day that I had to dispute my charges because after working with Sayed, Alessio, Laura, and Sylvia I got nowhere. Each one stated they would respond and get back to me but each time I got a different person with a different response. In summary, the Apartment Florence operation is far from customer service friendly and this apartment is run down.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
