        The hotel is not the newest and the rooms need renovating but the service was really friendly. You could tell they were trying their best and were interested in your well being.

        Avoid this hotel at any cost. Service was very poor, our room wasn't cleaned once during our stay and fresh towels weren't given either. The receptionist had really bad attitude as if he wasn't willing to help. Wifi barely worked and breakfast quality was poor. The only good thing was the distance from the beach. Food options were also very limited in the area and you're better off staying closer to the main antalya town in order to enjoy your stay.

        Santamarina hotel in Antalya is a 3 star hotel . The location of the hotel is perfect. Just half an hour away from airport, 5 min away from konyalty beach and not so far away from old town and shopping mals (you need a taxi). However, the rooms and facilities inside are not well cared. So don't expect a good looking bathroom or bed clothes. The only thing kept me happy during my stay is daily cleaning service and flawless air conditioner. My suggestion, don't book for yourself half or full board. The quality of food offerd there was not good at all. The highlight of this hotel is the super friendly and helpful staff.

        The location is good, the distance to the beach from the hotel as good too. The staff is friendly, a small complaint is that they do not speak English well or at all. Food monotonous, service all inclusive, not what it should be..

        don’t recommend this hotel! i did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. firstly, the food looked like canteen food and was cold and definitely not fresh. the rooms were clean to be fair but my bedsheets had a hole in it? and beds were not comfy. the rooms don’t get cleaned daily but when they do they brought a bottle of water which was nice. the fridge in the room was HOT and barely even worked. air conditioner was old and wifi was awfully slow. this hotel needs some serious work to do because i’m never stepping foot in there again.
