I recently stayed at this for a weekend getaway, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The staff mohamed was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out seamless. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious options to start the day. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

We have been in this hotel for 3 nights. Apart from its polite staff and good location which was really near Taksim square and Esteghlal Street, we had an unpleasant experience, the breakfast was poor, our room was extremely small, there were some noisy guys in our next room who made lots of annoying noise, got drunk and shouted at each other and broke things and tortured a girl who stayed with them! We were about to call and report this issue to Police, fortunately the reception changed our room and addressed the issue with those annoying guys but it was such a nightmare experience for us anyway! This hotel seems to be a bar rather than a suitable hotel and I would never recommend it if you are planning to stay with your family.

the conditions were so bad with. The smell of mold, the smell of the toilet. The ventilation system is blackened with dirt. Cracks on the laminate floor. Cold in the bathroom. In addition, a bed without a pillow and a blanket. Some red spot on my blanket. At night, loud noise from the street from the clubs, that's because windows didn't close properly. cat was jumping on the tables during breackfast.

there is a lot of noise and it becomes difficult to sleep at night, also there was water leakage in the bathroom but it was taken care of with a towel. If you trust the breakfast and book the hotel, you would be wrong because the breakfast is really very little officially made fun of by people

Only location is good rest, room sizes, ambiance and paid breakfast is simply pathetic. However , desk boys, Ibrahim the cook and Elif the girl who served the food are all great hospitable and smiling.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
