Went in a trip around Europe and stayed in 7 hotels, easily this is the 2nd best and factoring in the price it’s the absolutely best. nice clean spacious room, very friendly staff and great location with low affordable price tag. Thanks for the great stay

Santa Maria Inn was clean and spacious. The receptionist at the front was super sweet and helpful. The room was clean and stocked with waters, coffee, and cookies. The Inn provided plenty of toiletries and the rooms were cleaned daily and replaced with fresh towels. They staff was nice enough to let me leave my luggage after checkout while I waited until the afternoon for my train. There is plenty to do in the area, however it’s about a 20 minute walk to the main attractions. Their is a taxi stand just around the corner which always made it easy to hop in a cab. The Inn is just walking distance from the main train station.

Good place to stay for couple of days, room was clean and neat but they are small, there was rooms service so rooms and toilet were always clean & neat when you came back. There used to be some fresh breakfast items in the morning but not enough for all the guests. There is kitchen on every floor to make coffee or tea. Overall a good experience, I will recommend this place for couple of nights if you do not want to spend too much money , this place is a good option.

After being consistently disappointed with supposed top tier hotels, we decided to go with a lower cost option for our recent trip to Rome. For a three night stay we paid approximately 175 euros, and can honestly say we have never been more satisfied. What the hotel lacks in features it makes up for in quality customer service and attention to the smallest details. Every single staff member is extremely helpful and goes out of their way to meet every request you may have. Stay here and use the saved money on another trip; I promise you won't regret it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
