Great host, good communication. The room was spacious and clean. Fantastic location. Very close to the Colosseum but in a nice and quiet area. Great restaurants and cafes nearby. Great place for a price.

Very good expérience ! The room is very clean, all convenient, large bathroom, very quiet, with tea and coffee and most of all, Enrique is so reactive and helpful ! We arrived in Roma by night and the owner of our booking never came....a restaurant with very kind waiters got in touch with Enrique, who hosted us in one of his room at midnight ! And as he was full, he found another location for us close to his. Thznk you so much Enrique !

NO BREAKFAST. Would’ve loved to give 5 stars, but there’s literally no breakfast available! Some plates and cups (no cutlery) is all you can find in the breakfast area. Rooms have been recently renovated and are very nice. But that doesn’t make up for the fact that there’s not even coffee available.

We stayed for three nights, very close to the Colosseum. Note that the rooms that show online with the view to the Colosseum are only for the deluxe rooms, in my case we had the standard and the address is different from the main one (just a block away). The room was clean and big bathroom, I didn't like that the bed instead of being a complete queen size, it was two individual twin size put together, and they would tend to move apart leaving a gap in between, which was very uncomfortable when sleeping at night with my husband. Fabrizio was extremely nice and friendly, and the lady who served the breakfast in the morning made an amazing cappuccino.

This is a really cute spot to stay if youre visiting rome. Proximity to the coliseum cant be beat, can literally see it by walking out the door. Comes with a mini fridge and 24/7 grocery shop right down the street. Of all the places we stayed on a two week trip through europe this had the best shower. Everything in the room was very modern and clean. Only negative is that the walls were pretty thin and we were awoken early in the morning by very loud neighbors across the hall.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
