The second stay in this magnificent Hotel was just as good as the first if not better. As returning guests we were treated to a beautiful cheese board in arrival and had our original room. The staff are so helpful and truly make you feel valued. Checking out at 3am was no problem at all as the reception is open 24 hours. This is one of our favourite Hotels in Europe. If your visiting Lisbon I highly recommend you stay here.

A proper 5 star boutique hotel in the best location. Just returned after celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and birthday so wanted something special - we got it! All staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was amazing with 3 patio doors that opened onto a semi-private courtyard. We had a bath in the bedroom which you really need after long days site seeing. Just perfect! We were lucky enough to use a smaller room on the 3rd floor to freshen up before our flight home which was lovely too with fab views. The breakfast was so good we didn't need lunch! Fab bar area. There is a small quiet outdoor terrace on an upper floor. We will definitely return. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

Lovely stay with a beautiful view in a great part of town. Bed was comfy and room amenities were good (hot water does rattle the pipes but temp was good). Only knock is that the included breakfast wasn’t great—I’d skip adding it when booking and walk somewhere nearby instead. Also be aware that the neighborhood is not as central or well-connected to other popular tourist destinations in Lisbon. Buses/ubers are an option but no nearby metro.

Not terribly impressed. The rain shower had calcification and water only came out of 3/4 of the shower head. There was inconsistent water pressure in the bathroom taps. The air conditioning/heating was pretty loud. Service was so-so. Bed was phenomenal and housekeeping was great, but the concierge was a little condescending. I wouldn't stay again. I think there are better places closer to city center.

Loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. Rooms were kept spotlessly clean, fresh linen and towels every day sometimes twice a day. Water, tea and coffee always available and replenished. Staff were knowledgeable and charming at all times, smiling freely. Only slight criticism there is nowhere outside with comfortable chairs to sit. The outside eating area is lovely but the seats get uncomfortable after a while. Otherwise was a wonderful holiday. Even the castle, viewing point and town are very close, just as the description states but often not true. Very pleased. We'll go back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
