        I had brought my mum on a trip to Chile and when Paula from the guest service desk found out it was our first time she completely looked after us, gave us a metro card to use, gave plenty of tips and as a treat gave us access to the lounge and sent a bottle of champagne to our room celebrate the new year! She was amazing and couldn't have asked for better treatment. Thank you for looking after us!

        This hotel was exceptional. The staff was very helpful, front desk, housekeeping, bell persons. The room was spacious and clean . We had massages at the hotel , excellent and reasonably priced . The food and beverage at the club was very good.

        Staff was superb. Rooms were nice but ready for a facelift. Building is the 3rd tallest in Santiago. Tours are available for pick up in the lobby. Metro and busses nearby. Spa, gym and pool in the hotel.

        It's a good hotel for a work trip. The gym and the pool were simple but with a beautiful view. The hotel’s staff were nice and friendly. The breakfast was good, with vegetarian options, and the lunch at the hotel’s bistro was healthy and delicious.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
