        Comfortable and well placed flats. The equipment was cheap, bad maintained, in our case the oven wasn't working and didn't offer a solution or a partial refund. The attention of the staff was bad and slow. We had to trow food cause we could cook it. Surely won't stay there anymore.

        It takes years to respond to problems. For check-in it took more than 2 hours to respond. When they respond to us, they give us a room that was already rented by someone else. Then they offer us a hotel further away that has very bad opinions on hygiene and service. Grotesque, don't book here! Furthermore, the apartments have poor acoustic insulation.
