Excellent! Beautifully finished rooms, immaculate pool and very friendly, attentive staff. Its further out of the old town which is actually a plus - it's peaceful, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby and the free bicycles are in perfect condition. Really recommend this place.

What a beautiful slice of paradise right in hoi an. I wish we stayed longer. Room was perfect. Beautiful pool right at your doorstep, which is a perfect size. Split system kept the room cold all the time. The staff here.. They are beautiful humans. Family owned and run, they will do anything to ensure you are happy and satisfied. Even organised transport for my sister & her partner who weren't even staying! Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I think for the price you pay, shouldn’t expect too much. Checked in late, as it was quite last minute. Was given a room ground floor near the reception. If possible, avoid this room as it lacks privacy, but we were staying one night only so that was fine. Everything inside is representative of a 3 star hotel. The curtains were of poor quality and flimsy, toilet had frosted glass panes, so you could see the person inside rather clearly. I guess it’s meant to be a love hotel? Also, the furniture generally looks pretty make shift, it could be an Airbnb room. But again, for the price you pay, it’s expected. If you are willing to pay a little more, there are other places that are pretty decent and more comfy The best part I guess is you can rent bikes for free and cycle to the old town which is near. BUT my bike had brakes that didn’t work, maybe bad luck, so test your bike first.

It feels like home to me. Ms. My took care everything my needs. From tours, transportation and my breakfast. She willingly accomodate you whatever need. The room is flawlessly clean. I LOVE THE BED, very comfortable. Neighborhood is good, quiet but close to restaurants, shopping and old town. The best place to relax.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
