First of all, Freddy was the most hospitable host we have ever had. Absolute blessing! Now onto the accomodation. It was incredible and had its own spectacular view as soon as we opened our door. The place itself was super spacious and thoughtfully designed in every way possible. Imerovigli is a great area away from Oia, making it way less busy with a view equally as amazing. Pretty hard to not have a good view while in Santorini. We did get an upgrade to this room and were extremely grateful for this again HUGE thanks to Freddy. Legend mate!

Highly recommend. Perfect location with stunning views of the caldera and overlooking Fira. Close to many great restaurants but quiet and peaceful. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Will be back staying here without question.

Santorini Mansion is right in the middle of Imerovigli with picture perfect views right from the property overlooking the caldera, skaros rock and the volcanic island. One cannot view the sunset right from the property but there are some great view points within a few steps from the property. The management is very hospitable and the service was great. They bring breakfast to the room and they refilled the goodies in our fridge every day. They helped us with all our tour bookings and made sure we had all the information before going on our tour. Our overall experience has been great and we had a great time at this property.

What can I say... 3 stays in Santorini since 2020, 3 times we've been to Santorini Mansion because my fiance and I are not considering the possibility of staying elsewhere because this hotel is so incredible at all levels... We have had the chance thanks to Kostas who is of an incomparable kindness to stay in each of the three rooms including the largest suite at no additional cost and each time it is a real paradise on earth... In addition to the location which is ideal because located in Imerovigli, right in front of the Caldera (those who are used to going to Santorini will understand, it is the best city to stay because much quieter and fewer tourists than in Oia and Thira) , Kostas gave us the best of welcomes every time: transfer to and from the airport, bottle of wine offered on our arrival, room nicely decorated like a honeymoon suite, breakfast made main distributed every morning, fridge filled every day s (orange juice, croissants, breads, cheese, ham, yoghurts, cookies, cakes...). The rooms are also equipped with indoor and outdoor jacuzzis offering a breathtaking view of the caldera, the cleanliness is impeccable, the rooms are spacious. The housekeepers are adorable and Kostas (and Freddy who was adorable too) took care of us each time, always made himself available, enough to make our holidays heavenly and unforgettable each time ! At the end of our stay this year, because our plane was leaving late in the evening (10:55 p.m.), he generously lent us a room in his other equally magnificent hotel (Merovigliosso) so that we could rest until our departure and, when he accompanied us back to the airport, offered a very cute little pouch with two small key rings inside, a gesture that says a lot about his kindness and his distribution. If I put more than 5 stars, I will, and what is certain is that every time I go to Santorini, I will return there ! Mrs CARSALADE & Mr FAGNI

Great location with sea view. Outdoor Jacuzzi ready to use upon arrival. Some rooms even equipped with indoor jacuzzi. Conveniently located near the main road. Walking distance to many attractions.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
