From the attentive and caring staff to the impeccable service to the endless views, the entire stay was one for the books. This was my family's first trip to Greece (and Santorini) including our 3 small children. We chose these villas as they were close to my sister's wedding venue and it did not disappoint. The villa was extremely clean and the view from the pool was breathtaking. The staff always greeted us with smiles on their faces. We had breakfast every morning on the terrace and everything was freshly prepared and delicious - at times we were a group of 15! Our stay also happened to fall during my youngest child's first birthday and the staff went out of their way to ensure she was celebrated. The most important for me, however, was that when we forgot our baby's diaper bag, which had her formula in the office after we checked out and arrived at the airport, staff members drove to drop it off before our flight out of the goodness of their hearts. I will never forget this trip or these people. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to any and everyone and I only hope to return one day.

Excellent experience! We stayed 3 nights which was a good amount of time to leave you wanting a bit more. If you’re looking to just relax and unwind, it’s the perfect spot. The pools are private and warm. There were many food options so eating a few meals at the villas didn’t get too boring. The staff were responsive, accommodating and kind. Panos was great.

This place is absolutely amazing. Amazing location, amazing rooms, amazing staff. Luxury at its finest. Absolutely our favorite experience on Greece. If you get a chance book here. Only thing that would make the trip better....is more days at the Presidential Princess Suites!!! Pano and staff are THE best!!!

My husband and I spent our first trip to Santorini here for 4 nights and 2 night at their sister hotel. The accommodations and service were all amazing. They made sure our trip was perfect from the moment they picked us up at the airport, welcome service and drinks at both hotels, every meal from both restaurants were delicious. It was a vacation we will never forget and we hope to make a trip back as the Santorini princess staff has now spoiled us for any other stay elsewhere. You will love it here!!!

The villa was amazing! Pool was nice and warm and so was the hot tub. Service was amazing as well! Only problem is it isn't really walkable to the more touristy areas like fira or imerovigli. Also cant see the sunset but still an amazing view.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
