The service is very good but the price is not expensive. The room is comfortable and all necessary equipment is available. Laundry service available The hotel is in the city center. Convenient and easy to find food or go to important places in the city And close to the main market, or even if you want to go to Laocai city, there is a bus service in front of the hotel every day. At the hotel you can rent motorbikes and buy tickets to go to Fansipan Mountain, very convenient and easy. The hotel is ready to support guests very well. I stayed here for 7 days and 7 nights and felt very good and comfortable.

Deluxe rooms with windows have 3 windows, but only one can be opened. Lousy view. Hard and uncomfortable beds. Hot water available for showering. No lift in hotel with a total of 5 floors. Breakfast was a 2 pieces of toast with 2 eggs and a horrible coffee. Only cash is accepted. No disabled friendly entrance as it is a flight of stairs from the main road. Location is in center of town.

Sapa Aroma Hotel situated at Main street of sapa very close to church , you have to climb some stairs , lady host is having smiling face and they warm welcome to you hassle-free check in my room is small but comfortable, there is no AC in the room but here is no requirement of SC because the weather is very charming Enjoy sapa I love this place

We had a terrible experience in this hotel. Very bad customer service and do not recommend on it. We booked one night, the next day we talked to the receptionist about renting a motorbike and he offered us things to do around. We went on our way and in the late afternoon when we came back we found all of our staff at the reception. Some in bags, some thrown around. Our toothbrushes full of soap. They didn't tell us we have to check out and just threw away our staff. Not in the morning when we talked to them, and not called to let us know (even though they had our phone number). If they told us we would have understand. When we found our things like this and asked why didn't they tell us they didn't even apologize. They didn't try to help us and we had to spend a lot of time to find a new hotel. Terrible.

Nicely located in the heart of the town, at the same time is away from the noisy tourist crowd and traffic. The room size reasonably large enough, though with limited facilities, definitely worth the price paid.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
