Very nice stay! The walls in the room had a little visible wear, but the rest of the stay was wonderful and more than made up for it. The breakfast was great, the coffee was very good, and the service across the board was wonderful. They upgraded us for free, arranged a motorbike rental, and even let us shower in their free showers after we checked out and before we got on the night bus. It’s also a perfect location right in the center of town.

Went on a guided tour of Sa Pa (Sapa). Bear in mind that the region is still going through development and just recently started to show signs of more modern infrastructure. Given that, they did a great job with what they had. Only one star off for the room because the toilet in my room had issues where we could only reliably flush once every few minutes. WITH THAT SAID, the staff was exceptional during my stay. They were very kind and generous enough to offer a birthday present for me since I coincidentally stayed here on my birthday

The hotel is really close to Sun Plaza SaPa Station. The room is clean and even when it is winter in SaPa, the room is warm. In addition, the staffs are super friendly and helpful. Also, as a Muslim, I love how they have vegetarian choices and many kind of breads for breakfast. I enjoy my time staying here.

Location of the hotel is very very good. It locates at center of Sapa. It is very convenient to buy food or stuff nearby there. Service is very good. Hotel staffs have service mind. Room is spacy, cozy and clean. Room has 2 compartments(bedroom and corridor). Price is not expensive. Reasonable price. Great value. Very recommended

Great hotel, location, and value! Excellent staff all around. Front desk lady, who speaks English very well, and helped us with transportation to next hotel. Buffet breakfast was great. Our room was nice, clean and quiet. Balcony views was big plus ~

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
