This is a wonderful little hotel in the mountains just outside of Sapa town. The staff are incredibly nice and welcoming, and the food is top notch. We had some of our best meals in Vietnam here. We also enjoyed the guided hiking tour and cooking class! The chef was very kind and a great teacher.

We stayed at Sapa Clay house for 2 nights in mid-October. The grounds was magical, with amazing plant and flower life. The rooms were so beautiful as were the views. As plant-based eaters, the real highlight was the food. They went out of their way to provide choices that were as much works of art, as they were very tasty foods. I would also highly recommend the walking tour available from the Clay House. We loved every minute of it. (One last shout-out to the massage therapists, they were top-notch!)

Beautiful countryside with infinity pool, mini gym/yoga room, spa and excellent restaurant. View direct of the mountain valley and rice paddies Clean, spacious, culturally rich, peaceful with elegant plant aesthetic. I MUST MENTION THE FOOD: of the highest quality vietnamese fusion made by a team with international experience and locally sourced ingredients. The price is higher than local alternatives but not expensive at all by international standards. They are courteous, friendly, multi lingual, and brilliantly effective at helping you optimize and arrange an itinerary.

We visited 🇻🇳 in early October and everything was great from the food to hospitality. Clay House in Sapa was the icing on the cake. From the moment we arrived at reception I was captivated by the hotels decorations, architecture, and warm earthy colours creating a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. I was equally blown away by our room. I loved everything inside the room. The views of the mountains and rice fields from our room were a tranquil and picturesque. The staff were friendly and helped organise activities for the few days we were in Sapa. The Cat Cat Village and the village tour with local guides are a must. We learnt so much about the different tribes of Vietnam and saw beautiful traditional clothing and dance. The fansipan hike took us bout 7-8 hours. It was challenging but worth it. The food at the hotel was fresh and delicious. I loved that the vegetables on our plate were grown in the hotel gardens. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this hotel again. Everything about it was a 10/10. Thank you for making our holiday experience a special and memorable one😀!

We slept at bamboo room, the room decorations is so awesome and luxury, and balcony view has infinity terraces and mountains. Staff Hai and Vuong are really kind and offer pretty good food and service. Three dogs also make the the place full of happiness. Love this place so much! Recommend!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
