This is a family run hotel that is in a perfect location and close to everything. We found it very quiet, warm and cozy. The owner/family are so welcoming and inviting and really go above and beyond for you. Laundry service was a nice touch, and the breakfast was fantastic. I definitely recommend staying here. The room was spacious and very clean.

Place was amazing service from Kieu Anh, who basically runs the whole place, made me very comfortable for my one night stay. Highly recommend if you’re passing through the area and need somewhere to sleep that feels like home! Thanking the staff and Kieu Anh endlessly.

The main selling point about this hotel is the location. Unfortunately, we were first put into a room with water leaking all over the bathroom floor from the shower. We were moved to a room on a higher floor, which was nicer. The front desk staff was semi-helpful with organizing a trek and buying tickets to Fansipan. But, they ended up undercharging us for the Fansipan tickets even though we double checked the price. They messaged after we already left trying to make me go through the hassle of finding a way to pay the remainder. My understanding is that this hotel is under new management and the old high reviews for this place do not reflect its current condition.

We had an incredible stay at the Sapa Dragon Hotel. I unfortunately became sick during my stay and the owner, Ms. Kieu, regularly delivered me ginger tea and fresh fruits to help me get better. The room itself was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The breakfast pho was delicious! They have laundry service too which is a plus. The location is nice because it is just outside of the hustle and bustle of town, but a short walk to anything you could need. When we were leaving, the owners helped us book our bus to Hanoi. As we were waiting for our bus, they offered us a complimentary lunch of delicious fried rice with grilled pork. I would 100% recommend the Sapa Dragon Hotel - the family that owns and runs this hotel is incredibly sweet and kind. Thank you so much!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
