This B&B is the best place we have stayed at in all of SE Asia. We have been traveling for 5 months, so that says a lot. The service was phenomenal. The grounds were amazing even in winter. Room is large and has a great patio. Nam (the owner) and his staff were so kind. Check in was so easy, Nam was always available whenever we had questions. He called cabs for us multiple times, offered recommendations and even let us check out late, since our bus wasn’t until 15:00. The made to order breakfast was complimentary and delicious. And my favorite perk the heated bed pad. We are here in the winter and while not as cold as the USA, it’s still chilly at night. Having a heated bed after hiking in the cold, is a god send. I can not recommend this place enough and will definitely choose Sapa Garden again if we come back.

Went here on 10-12th of January with my friend. I love everything here, the foods, the staff, the atmosphere and the room. Everything are great. The owner are really helpful and kind. He arranged everything for us. I love my experience in Sapa more than Hanoi 😭 I think I should just stay in Sapa for a weeks than spending time in Hanoi.

This place is really really Garden Bed and Breakfast 💗 The staff was really helpful, especially for Mr Nam Hong, he really took a care of me. The room is really amazing, they’re provide heater and an electric blanket at Cold season. The breakfast was really nice✨ Automatic gate, lots of flowers,very clean in everywhere, you’ll feel like living is a castle haha

Property we’re feels like home, warm and cozy, it is family property that serves excellent hospitality, since arrival until leaving. This property is for those who want sincere personal touch on your journey. Breakfast outstanding and fulfilled our expectations. Mr. Nam hong also can help you with almost any of your need on your trip, very humble and kind person, also his mom allow us to cook dinner at her kitchen 🥰😍. It will be our 1st option when we get back to sa pa another time.

The space was super quaint and although we reached at 2.00am, the owner was super hospitable and went out of his way to take care of us and took care of our needs as and when. A perfect spot to recommend for travellers looking for something different and definitely out of this world. Cannot wait to plan a second trip back there!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
