It is a great location and a welcoming crew from Sapa Hills's team. I definitely will come back again next time. They upgrade my room to the 5th floor with a breathtaking view. Thanks, Quan, Mung, and Ms. Trang; she helped me get the Fansipan tickets, motorbike rental, and even a sleeper bus ba k to Hanoi—all-in-one solutions.

Although this hotel is not flash its great little hotel. I have been in Vietnam for nearly 4 weeks, stayed in many high quality hotels but none have catered better to overseas tourists as in: universal charger board; black tea (yay); bottle water, stored in glass bottles; free fill up's in hallway areas; comfortable beds and clean bedding. The hotel staff are more than happy to help where required......great customer service.

The hill views room is good but their other room without views can be dirty and lower quality beds. Pay more for the hill view rooms and be sure to communicate with staff if you felt rooms aren’t clean enough, they will respond accordingly

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
