After experiencing a few not true to picture hotels in Vietnam, This hotel is a breath of fresh air. This hotel has an exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are very well equipped and even include a complimentary wine( not tried,as we don’t drink alcohol). The breakfast is delicious well made with good choices. We had 2 rooms and the view of one of the room is exactly like the photos. It is one of the cleanest hotel I’ve been to in Vietnam. I will certainly stay here again. The reception is very helpful and even offered to give us a room to use after we checked out and came back down from the Fansipan mountain. Their focus is to make our stay comfortable and convenient.

Our group of 15 pax has booked our stay for 3D2N in Sapa Horizon Hotel. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped with most of the facilities. The location is convenient and close to most of the shopping and dining area within walking distance. The breakfast is great and we particularly like the coffee that is prepared with coffee bean machine. The hotel manager David and all staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. On our last day after checkout, they even acceded our request and arrange 2 room for us to shower after returning from Sapa Legend trip in the evening before we depart for our train ride back to Hanoi. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone who will like to spend a night or more in Sapa.

Picturesque views and some of the friendliest staff I've ever come across. Management at the front desk always asked if we needed anything and always went the extra mile. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Definitely the place to stay if you're heading to Sapa!

Hotel location is very convenient, near to most of the town attractions. On the left of the hotel, there's a massage place which is clean and quiet. Along the same row there's also a nice and very reasonable shop selling souvenirs and local made products. As the hotel is in town, you do not get the padi terraces view. The staff were helpful and friendly. Mr David and his team were able to arrange daily tours for us. Rooms were very clean and have balconies too. Breakfast on the 1st level, the food serve were hot and fresh. Will definitely come back.

Booked the Executive Room and they upgraded us to the Horizon View Room. So glad that they did. Amazing view! You wake up watching the mountains. Excellent service! Free wine, your own coffee machine and laptop! Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Couldn't ask for a better hotel that we extended our stay. Location is perfect, just above restaurants and shop. Definitely recommended when in Sapa.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
