We had anticipated a wonderful time at this resort, given its potential to attract visitors with its facilities. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the staff's language barrier, causing delays and making it challenging to get things done on time. The restaurant proved disappointing – neither the food nor the prices justified the visit. The transportation buggy cars to the reception building were all dusty, and taxis weren't allowed to take us anywhere we pleased from our Panorama View Bungalow; we had to rely on the buggy cars. Furthermore, the Bungalow phone's call services are ineffective. You'll need to handle calling private numbers yourself to manage tasks such as ordering breakfast or requesting a buggy car, which can be disappointing and impact the quality of our stay due to the time spent waiting to connect with resort services. Currently, I've been trying to check out since 3 pm., and the process has taken 39 minutes. Additionally we've been waiting for another 33 minutes to go to Sapa downtown, because the free shuttle service ends at 3:30pm. Quite disheartening. Overall, we won't be returning to this resort.

A great hotel in the midst of old quarters of Hanoi. Good, clean rooms, phenomenal service. We had stayed for two nights and also left our bags to make overnight trips. We kept our bags back. All this was smoothly handled credit to the exceptional front desk team. David Do the manager made as feel at home and ensured our stay was perfect. Thanks David !

The area was so beautiful and we had an amazing view. Room was definitely cozy and I love the heated mattress especially in December where the nights are colder. The service was wonderful and on time! The food was deliciously amazing! I definitely recommend!

Location - The view is overrated as all the roads and constructions are in plain sight with tons of vehicle noise. Room - Terrible, we came back to our room full of ants and ant eggs that seemed to fall from the roof. To make it worse the room had been made up by the housekeeping. We got a swap of a new room but it was full of flies in the room itself and we had to use the mosquito swatter to eradicate the pests before we were able to fall asleep. Service - We need to call for the buggy service each time we need to leave our room for meals or to go for the site seeing as the room is an extended part of the resort. Each time we called for the service, we were told to wait outside the room (full of flies around), at times we waited for close to an hour. Crew - Best Crew award goes to the mosquito swatter, without it, we wouldn't be able to sleep in peace. The rest of the crew are basically just VERY concerned about whether we purchased the tickets for the attractions or have booked the transport to the city. Generally only recommend this place as a bed and breakfast instead of enjoying it like a resort.

Excellent service and many complimentaries. You’ll free lunch during Christmas day and free tea buffet on 3-4 PM. Warm and cozy to stay at cabin wood. The resort and cabin room were separated 3 mins by buggy car. Will recommend to our friend and family for staycation, family, or honeymoon trip.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
