All of the staff were friendly, and although there were difficulties with communication since it was an independent trip, they gave us as much information as possible and tried to help us understand. The building right next door was under construction, but it was completed before I went to sleep, so there was no inconvenience. Breakfast requires separate payment, but since experiencing local food is part of the trip, I only used it once.

Review on the restaurant bar service only. Be careful what you order, we have chosen our drinks on the outside menu, when paying we are told that the prices displayed are no longer the correct ones and that there is another menu with the new prices, which has not been presented to us! Owner who becomes aggressive from the moment we explain to him that we will pay the prices that were displayed.

Great location and great staff, though the hotel is on the old side it has a certain charm. The rooms unfortunately do not have much sound insulation so it can be quite noisy, though you are far away from the city center so there's not too much to worry about.

I've been here for a week and I just love this hotel. The manager and (I think) owner, Ms. LỮ is always around to help if there's anything at all that I need. She manages the front desk and will always answer phone calls promptly. If you need a bus/car/motorbike, need to find laundry or good restaurants, she always has great recommendations. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the internet is usually working. If it's not, just call Ms. LỮ and she will reset it for you. Sometimes the power cuts out, but that's normal for Sapa. Breakfast ends at 9:30am and I've enjoyed every meal I've had in their restaurant, which is located on the 1st floor of the building. For dinners, I would highly recommend their pizzas and potato soup, which always hit the spot for me. My room is on the 2nd floor directly above the kitchen, so sometimes it can get a bit noisy, but there is a loud fan in the room that you can turn on to blur the downstairs noise. Since it can get cold at night, there is a heater inside the room that works very well. The northern side of the building has rooms that overlook the lake, which is gorgeous, but the southern rooms don't have a view at all, although they still have windows. The hotel is located just 10 minutes walking distance from the Town Square, and there are many restaurants nearby the hotel.

Omggg the food and drinks ordered are really taking ages to be served. Waited quite awhile and only one food is served. The food is not clean where I found two hairs in my fried rice with vegetable! The lady owner just apologies and no further action is taken. Bad food service!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
