        In short: if you are looking for a cheap room during warmer periods this could be fine. Otherwise, avoid this Hotel. Room was not very clean. Bathroom door couldn't be closed and neither could bathroom window. When we stayed here it was cold and foggy which spread to the room and gave us very bad experience. Also we woke up by people walking in the corridor since there was basically no sound isolation.

        Where to start? Do NOT stay here. When we got to our room, the slot in which you put the key in was broken, meaning our key was stuck and we had no power. We had to go all the way downstairs to get help, and all she did was yank it out and the power remained on without the key even in the power slot. Then we realised the TV was on and tried to turn it off, but it turned out we had been given a remote from a different floor. We had to unplug it from the wall otherwise we wouldn’t have any quiet. Then we realised the air conditioning was broken. We went downstairs to get it fixed and the receptionist pressed a few buttons and the relief was temporary. Even on 16 degrees the room was still boiling. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, most rooms have no windows and from 6am onwards people in the hotel are shouting around and waking everyone up. You get knocks on your door to replace towels and water at 6-7 in the morning so if you want to sleep in further than that then good luck. Also, help with getting bus tickets and tour information is advertised in the hotel, but when we went to ask them to book us a bus to ha giang she simply said “no” with 0 elaboration. Every staff member was also extremely rude. Check out process was also very long and we nearly missed our bus because she couldn’t figure out if we’d already paid or not and held onto our card. An absolutely awful experience which I could not recommend to anyone. Cheap laundry though.

        The room is very comfortable, but the service is just so bad. She didn't give me my room; she kicked me out when I checked in at 5 a.m. (I had noted with her 6 days before I came and she said yes). She did give me my room after that, but she didn't say anything about being sorry. She said that it was my fault.

        I was there for a night. Their rooms was clean, and the behaviour of the owner is also good. And it is also located in a great location.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
