You can find a lot better in Sapa. The hotel looks a lot better in the photos than what it's for real. No elevator and so many stairs to get to your room. All the rooms have common balcony (in some photos look like you have your own but is not like that),they gave us a room between two others, where a group of people who were there all together had been divided. They started to speak very loud right in front of our window/door very early in the morning around 5.30 a.m. and for us was impossible to sleep. Also the view is nothing special, you can find a lot better around in sapa with maybe a private balcony or with a window not in front of a common patio. Breakfast was nothing special and zero choice of sweet food like jam, cakes or similar. Worst part was the laundry service, CRAZY EXPENSIVE, we spent 22€ for only one bag of clothes. Basically the same price of one night in this hotel. We should have asked before for the price but we didn't expect nothing like that at all.

Very nice hotel just 3mins away from the central area, but not near enough to be disturbed by the noise from the central area at night! It is also around 300m from the Sapa Express office which is convenient. There is a great view of the mountains and the town which can be enjoyed from a swing on the shared balcony. We arrived early at 6am and checked in early for a fee of 300k VND. They were helpful with advising on our itinerary and finding a trekking guide for us as well. The breakfast is reasonably good with a selection of fresh vegetables, fruits and main dishes (pho, fresh fried eggs, fried rice, noodles). They have a restaurant on the 3rd floor as well that serves good food at reasonable prices which is great for a quiet dinner! The only downside is that there are no lifts, and other guests can sometimes be noisy at night.

There are some cons as the mountain view and some other made up appearances like rose 🌹 garden .. However, the bathrooms are not great and just an OK place to stay

Nicely located at the heart of the city. The buzzing market place is at walkable distance. Clean rooms with friendly staff. Beautifully stacked and flowers around with a mountain view. The only aspect that could be improved was the breakfast food.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
