Great hotel- we really enjoyed our time here. We stayed in the junior suite with a lake and mountain view- this did not dissapoint! The location of the hotel is slightly away from the main street with all the bars, restaurants etc, so is a bit quieter without being far away from anything. (Only took a few minutes walking to get to main Sa Pa town). However,be warned there are quite a few steps to walk up to get to the hotel. Breakfast was good- eggs, toast, tea, coffee, butter, jam, juice, fruit, and a few 'local' dishes. As with all hotels, don't go down too late. The team arranged some great trips for us, as well as the travel to and from Hanoi Airport. The team were lovely, very helpful and all round nice people.

The hotel rooms and bathrooms were very clean and tidy for a budget friendly hotel. Staffs are polite and friendly. There is a stairway near the hotel that will directly take you to the shopping and dinner areas of the city. Please note there is NO lift elevator in this hotel. However the staffs will assist in carrying the luggage during checkin and check out.

The top floor rooms with views to the lake may be the best value in SaPa. The staff is super professional from the front desk to, room cleaning, to breakfast. Not to mention the vegan restaurant across the street!

Highly recommend for the hotel, and highly appreciated for Mr Tony's assistances. First, he willing to change the timing of breakfast to me because I have check in and check out early. Secondly, he has helped to carry luggages to the 4th floor due to lift is not available. Lastly, he has helped to book a taxi in the early morning, 5.15a.m Again, thx so much for ur assistance, Mr Tony

I came on winter, very cold outside. Huge room with 3 beds, good for a family with children. But hot water need to wait for 10 minutes. Hot air conditioner not work. Reception very kind

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
