Very beautiful decorated hotel with a helping decent English speaking staff. Location fine. Breakfast was delicious. Limited sweets. Restaurant for dinner quiet expensive. You can have food ordered on bolt food app easily. There is a bar lounge also, but of course we don’t go in. Heating and bathrooms were perfect.

Had a meeting with my friend there and we had a coffee. They have outside place where you can sit and talk. Although it's good but it's noisy a bit because of cars passing near. Then I had a chance to enter inner place and the design was very nice. Enjoyed 1 hour there. Maybe next time I can stay there and then rate the room experience.

This was a really cute and friendly hotel located in the middle of the city. You can access anywhere pretty easy but it's secluded enough to be quiet. The rooms are very clean and large, the service was fast, smiling, and professional. There is not much view from the hotel but the architecture was enough for me to see. I highly recommend it.

Location is perfect. There is no view, it is alley hotel. The building is new and outside is perfect. Restaurants and room is good. I stayed there 3 nights and breathed sewage every day!!! I couldn’t sleep because of smell 🤢 I told receptionist but they couldn’t do anything! They cleaned water outlets but the smell stayed inside of the room!!! Breakfast is nice 👍 staff couldn’t speak English 😃😃😃 Receptionists and staff aren’t friendly…. I don’t recommend the hotel.

Fantastic hotel, good location. Had a wonderful stay. Only drawback..need to inform housekeeping to clean rooms everyday and replace toiletries which is understandable..but overall it was a very good hotel to stay.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
