One of the most disgusting hotels i have ever seen, the bathrooms are dirty and the complementary hair cap box has hair on it. The tables are extremely dirty to the point where even looking at it hurts, i found a huge booger on my bed frame, the lamps are rusty and the walls are stained with god knows what. Theres mold in the bathroom and a hairball on the ground. Everything is dusty. The bedsheets were ripped and pillow cases dont exist here, not to mention stained blankets and the mold growing in the fridge. There were diapers in the bathroom aswell meaning the place was probably not cleaned before us.This place deserves negative stars if that would be possible. Note: *we booked a deluxe suite so i cant even begin to imagine how bad the normal ones are* also before checking out he opened the booking app and took my phone from my hand and rated the hotel all stars.

Good location near to Nizami Street. Fewer choices for breakfast but very hospitable service at the restaurant. Very kind staff specially “Ayda”.

No hot water. No iron. No tissue box. Too much noise from outside. Parking isn't convenient. Calling reception more than 20 times with no one picking up. No Qiblah direction sticker. Again, NO HOT WATER. If this is a 5 star hotel, then I'm the pope. Disclaimer: I'm not the pope. Avoid this hotel.
