        The infrastructure and location is good but services that they provide are really poor. We stayed at the ground floor room and the AC didn't work the entire night.After complaining multiple times all they said was that they were helpless at that hour of night . It was really inconvenient and rooms adjacent to ours had the same issue as well.we couldn't open the windows because they directly overlooked the streets .I really hope they improve their services!

Resection guy is not polit enough with gust, One of the staff enter the room without nooks the door , they said he is room services guy… very strange Breakfast normal not 5 star They have 3 pools which was good and full of people.

        Such a rip off . I came here to stay at the pool at first he told me 40 manat each person pool access with buffet and beverages . I ended up to pay 55 more for water and other beverages. Most of them don’t speak English so one can get easily fooled by them. Service is slow and the bar manager is so rude ..I asked for water and it took them forever to bring it after he murmured something to the waiter. Make sure to search for another place with pool access and know prices before you go. Btw if they know that you don’t speak their language they will definitely steal your money.👎🏻

        The finest hotel I've ever had the good fortune to visit. Beautiful structure, and entering it only makes it more stunning. High-quality service and accommodations . Also, they are one of the few hotels that provide exclusive services in Baku . Everything about this place is amazing

        The worse hotel experience ever. Room description doesn’t match with the reality. Old towels. Rude staff. Breakfast is only set menu which doesn’t change So during your stay have no choice what to eat even if you have allergy or on a diet. Just eat what they give you. No one cares about guests. Gym is not working. Sea is closed because of light wind and even there are no waves. It’s too surrealistic
