We spent two days here. Very close to the city centre. Convenient. The beds were with dirty sheets. The caretaker denied it, but we insisted to change them. He agreed afterward. There was a problem with water supply. We had to wait until he fixed it - until midnight. It could be a good place, if the owner / the caretaker pays more attention and concern about their customers. My brother wanted to iron his shirt - the caretaker told that they have no irons. But when we went to have breakfast we saw that they had them. Probably they concern only about foreigners. Anyway the caretaker prepared good take away breakfast for us when we left for Horton plain.

I stayed 1 night in a single room. Very comfortable with WiFi and hot water. Price was very reasonable considering the location. Very close to town- 5 minute walk to the bus station.The staff was very friendly as well. The room was next to the kitchen where I could hear people talking and various noices, including juice being blended in the morning. It wasn't totally quiet. The bathroom was clearly added on to an existing room but it was fine. They provided a towel. Breakfast was included in my room price. It included an omlette, some french fries, 4 slices of toast with butter and jam, fruit, banana juice, and tea/coffee. It looked like the best value in town.

Nice rooms, hot water. Good location, friendly owner. We didn't have a cheap price but that seems normal around new year. Would book again if ever visiting nuwa elya again, which i wouldn't because it's a bit boring compared to neighbouring towns like Ella.

It’s good hotel for 14$ and good location, but they told you something in booking.con and give you something eles. And the workers closed the door at 10pm, you should take hotel number.

Location is very much close to the city. I stayed at Deluxe double room for one night. In the room, everything are excellent(bed, bathroom, satellite tv)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
